Me, you, and everyone we know.

Here's to a one of the best movies I've seen in a while.

Sometimes artifices detract from the main message and artifice is what this film does not have. but there's many other reasons that make this movie loveable. One of the main one being the little "Roby" character. This 6 years old lill guys is just so expressive and intuitively such a good actor that you just wonder if he was an actor in is previous life haahahha.

The subject of the movie "How people connect" today is a suject that needs a lot of exploration yet, we take our 'tools' for granted and introduce them into our lives like they've always been and as if they did not change anything to the way we express each other and, the way we 'connect'.

The scene with the child having an online chat with a total stranger is particularly reveiling to me. I don't think I have ever seen that in a movie before. I made me feel unconfortable, a bit outrage at seing kids left totally to their own devices, with these new communication tools.

The movie although quite light in its treatment, bring a lot of heavy duty subjects to our attention and forces us to try an evaluate how 'we get to that point'. How does a child gets left alone to chat about sex online? How do teens get attracted to middle adged man with childish sexual fantisies? How do we fullfill our need to be acknowledge and loved, regardless of our 'skillset', our 'experience' or our success?
